40th Annual Community Thanksgiving Luncheon

Peoria Area Chamber of CommerceThe Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce 40th Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon is a signature event to bring the Peoria community together. There is so much to be grateful for this year thanks to the Greater Peoria Area’s commitment to bringing goodwill to the community. The Peoria business region has a unique way of collaborating with one another to create a better quality of life for our residents. The Chamber is proud to continue leading with a strong voice for business that is inclusive yet diverse, and advocating to improve the quality of place.

The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce is especially grateful to embody the community’s camaraderie at the Thanksgiving Luncheon. We want to bring the entire region together to celebrate the Peoria Area’s success. This event is not limited to the business community or Chamber members, but is open to everyone.

We invite the entire community to join us for this year’s Community Thanksgiving Luncheon on November 19, 2015 at the Peoria Civic Center, sponsored by Midstate College. Doors open at 10:45 am and the event will begin at 11:15 am. This year’s keynote speaker will be Rob Charter, Group President of Customer and Dealer Support, at Caterpillar, Inc.

The Peoria Chamber’s Young Professional Organization will have a canned food drive during the event.  Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable items for donation to benefit the Peoria Friendship House of Christian Service.

There are many wonderful people in the Peoria Area, and this event will recognize some outstanding individuals and organizations who have demonstrated a long-term commitment to the community. We are delighted to honor these individuals and organizations for their dedication and loyalty to making Peoria a better place to live and work.
