Established in 1967, Common Place is a social service organization with a mission to embrace diversity and improve lives through education and family support. At Common Place our educational programs start with our various youth programs for students in grades K-12.

Students entering college can attend our Raising Achievers Program. For adults we have the Adult Literacy Program that improves adults reading, writing, and math skills leading to a better quality of life. We also have an adult life skills program called Next Steps! and a food pantry that distributes food every Friday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00. Please contact Wayne Cannon at Common Place for further information.
