The Daughters of Nora Field Taylor Temple No. 270 honored three of their members; Dtr. Doris Jones, Dtr. Queenie Parks, and Dtr. LuHenri Davis-Johnson for 50 plus years of service in Elkdom on November 6, 2021, at Peter H. Clark Lodge No. 483 in Peoria.
Nora Field Taylor Temple was incorporated on May 2, 1924. Its Mission is to support and build stronger communities. Nora Field Taylor Temple fulfills this pledge by being involved and investing in many events to help the elderly, veterans, daycares, Proctor Center, Carver Center, local high schools, supporting local black churches, and funding projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities.
