Elogeme Adolphi Christian Sorority “Blessed Sisterhood” Celebrates 30th Year July 20 – 23, 2017

Elogeme Adolphi Christian Sorority ”Blessed Sisterhood” will celebrate their 30th year during its Annual Summit at the Par-A-Dice Hotel, July 20 – 23, 2017. Elogeme Adolphi’s Genesis Chapter was established on the campus of Bradley University in 1987 by Founder Mattie Pearl Dawson. The first National Advisor was Dr. Denice Ross-Haynes. Representatives from Elogeme Chapters will include Bradley University Genesis Chapter, Illinois State University (Cherith Brooke), University of Illinois (Berakah Chapter), Southern Illinois University (Beyth Lechem Chapter), Chicago State (Daughters of Issachar), Southern University Baton Rouge (Hiddekel Chapter), Atlanta Christian (Zion Song) Eastern Illinois University (Kairos Vision), Chicago Kaleo Community Chapter and Peoria River of Life Community Chapter.

 

National Advisor, Judy Hendricks, a 1996 Bradley Alumna challenged the members in their theme for the 30th year, “Destined for New Dimensions” to embrace their rich Elo Heritage and walk it out in 2017. Dr. Darryl Scrivens, Professor of Philosophy at Florida A & M University, along with Stacie Joseph Harris, Prophetic Psalmist will be featured at the Purple and White Banquet, Saturday, July 22nd at 5:00 pm.
